By accessing or using Inrovi AI ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and users with a paid subscription.

2 Description of Services

Inrovi AI provides AI-powered content creation tools including but not limited to:

• Viral template marketplace for social media content
• TikTok & Reels video generators
• AI image and voice generation
• YouTube thumbnail and ad creation tools
• AI Viral Clone functionality

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3 Account Registration

To access most features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4 Credits & Billing

Inrovi AI operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed each time you generate content.

• Free Plan: A limited number of credits are provided daily at no cost.
• Subscription Plans: Monthly credits are allocated at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused subscription credits do not roll over unless your plan explicitly supports rollover.
• Credit Packs: One-time credit purchases that never expire.
• Refunds: Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

All payments are processed securely. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.

5 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
• Produce NSFW, violent, or hate-based content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
• Use automated bots or scripts without prior written consent
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

6 Intellectual Property

Content you generate using our Service using paid credits is yours to use commercially, subject to the following:

• You grant Inrovi AI a non-exclusive license to use generated content for service improvement purposes.
• Content generated on the Free plan may not be used for commercial purposes.
• Inrovi AI retains all rights to its platform, models, and underlying technology.

7 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Inrovi AI does not guarantee that:

• The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Generated content will meet your specific requirements
• AI outputs are accurate, appropriate, or free from bias

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inrovi AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Remaining credits are forfeited unless termination was caused by us without cause.

9 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
